Digital course purchases
Because access to the digital course is provided after purchase, refund eligibility is evaluated under the terms presented at checkout and applicable law. Contact support@floridaexamacademy.com promptly with the purchase email and a description of the issue.
Access problems
If a valid purchase is not attached to the correct account, contact support before purchasing again. We will investigate fulfillment and access records.
No outcome guarantee
Refunds are not based on an exam result, licensing decision, or business outcome. Those outcomes depend on many factors outside the course.
